If your makeup table was on fire and you could only save one thing, what would it be? Now, before I get attacked for not saving the kids, the dog, the cat, the wedding album etc.from a burning building, take that as given, I mean if just your make up table or dressing table caught fire, what would you save?
I did consider saving my brushes, because I’ve spent so much on them and would be lost without them now, but I finally settled on my Make Up Forever Aqua Eyes Collector set of 25 absolutely fabulous waterproof crayons. I feel like a small girl again when I look at these, they’s are like the prefect set of markers or crayons you got as a present before your little sister lost/broke/destroyed them on you, or the dog decided they looked good enough to eat! Warning… the next image is serious make up porn!!
Aside from being damn pretty these little beauties are the most waterproof eyeliners I’ve ever used. They are amazing!! You could go swimming with these on, if you felt that vain, and not a panda eye in sight. They are super soft, no eye drag here, and they are ‘smudge-able’ (is there such a word??) when you first put them on, allowing you to blend them a bit, but you’d need to fast, these eyeliners set quickly and stay put. I had read somewhere to be careful how you store these as they can melt, so keep them away from the radiators or sunny windows.
Make Up Forever waterproof eye pencils go on like a dream but you really need some serious eye makeup remover to get them off, something with an oil base works best and most efficiently. Of course you don’t need to buy these eye pencils in a set, you can get them separately, but my rationale when buying them was that it would be harder to grab them off your dressing table in the event of a fire unless they were in that lovely tin box!!
What piece of makeup would you save?
